Its good to be back to work this Monday. But I have to say last week was a nice break from my routine. Last Saturday I left the June gloom and headed to sunny AZ. The trip was diverse - relaxing yet active, business combined with pleasure. I had the opportunity to visit a client, discover there really is forest in Arizona and recruit my Pilates breathing up a 3 mile 2000 climb in elevation in the Grand Canyon.
