Faith, on the other hand, is an exceptional nurse and a very dear friend of mine. Now that she is pregnant with her first child it has been a joy working with her once a week via Skype for a Prenatal Pilates. As her belly grows and her energy levels shift we try new exercises, stretches and poses to accommodate the needs of each trimester. With Pilates I have helped her ease sciatica pain, avoid leg cramps, and strengthen her leg and arm muscles. As with any client, I appreciate her feedback after each session so that we can review what worked and what exercises will now wait until after the baby is born. I look forward to continuing our sessions for this last trimester and after the birth of her little girl.
