Today I bring you Chest Lift with Rotation, a wonderful abdominal exercise that encourages the obliques to strengthen in addition to the rectus abdominus. Unfortunately rotation often gets muddled with lateral flexion in this exercise. Watch the clip and learn a preparatory exercise to keep the exercise true rotation through the trunk. As usual, there is also a modification with the head down for those who are limiting flexion of the spine.
